We know the memorial design process can be an emotional time. That’s why our sensitive team will gently guide you through the steps from initial chat to installation.

Consultation
In our initial consultations, we’ll listen and help you formulate your thoughts and ideas about your loved one into a personal inscription and design.

Design
You’ll then receive a drawing of your design along with a complete quote to cover the entire process. You can make amendments to the design at this stage.

Deposit
Once you’re happy with the final design, we’ll set things in motion with the Burial Authorities and request a 50% deposit so we can order the stone.

Timescale
You’ll discover the approximate delivery time which is dependent on your choice of stone, e.g. granite can take 16-20 weeks, York or Portland stone 8-10 weeks.

Carving
As soon as your stone arrives, we’ll start the carving and lettering process. After speaking to the relevant church or parish council, we’ll give you a date for fitting.

Installation
When the memorial has been completed and installed, you’ll receive a certificate of compliance along with an invoice for the second and final payment of 50%.
